These Terms govern your use of the services provided by Get Bringo LLC (“Bringo,” “we,” “us”) at drivegetbringo.com.

1. Service. Bringo operates an on-demand delivery dispatch platform that connects independent delivery drivers with delivery orders.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registration information to use our services as a driver.

3. SMS Communications. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Bringo about delivery assignments, operational updates, and account notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy at https://drivegetbringo.com/privacy-policy/.

4. Payments. Completed deliveries are paid according to the rates and payout schedule communicated to you, typically within one week of completion.

5. Driver Responsibilities. You are responsible for safe, lawful, and timely completion of accepted deliveries, and for maintaining any required licenses, insurance, and equipment.

6. Termination. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

7. Limitation of Liability. Services are provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Get Bringo LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes. We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
